• Made Fresh to Order: All sea moss products are prepared upon order to ensure maximum freshness.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.

• Shipping & Notifications: We offer next-day shipping with SMS and email tracking notifications.

• Packaging: Sea moss is kept refrigerated prior to dispatch and shipped in thermal packaging to maintain quality during transit.

• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Due to the perishable nature of sea moss, we are not liable for missed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.
