When I don’t take it, I feel it immediately my digestion slows down, my mind gets foggy, and my body feels off. This supports so many systems that a small comment box doesn’t do it justice.
The texture may take a little getting used to at first, but that adjustment is nothing compared to the benefits. Once you get past that, you’re riding the Seamoss train and it’s absolutely worth its weight in gold. Its incredible. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

I have Mighton Organic's honey infused sea moss. Mild tasting, smooth texture - delicious. And of course, good for me. I'm adding it to my breakfast of omega 3 based seeds and nuts, berries and yogourt.

There is clearly no cost spared to make sure each order arrives perfectly, from the spill-proof packaging, break-proof cushioning and, my favorite, even a note on the exterior to ask the delivery driver to leave at location and not return to warehouse!
