At Mightons Organic, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality sea moss. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Refunds

We will issue a refund only if:

  1. The product arrives damaged – e.g., broken seals, leakage, or visible spoilage upon delivery.

  2. The order is held in transit for over 48 hours after dispatch, resulting in spoilage or unusable condition.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Contact us at mightonsorganic@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the damaged product and packaging

  • Include your order number and delivery tracking information

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • If the product was delivered on time and in good condition

  • If you missed the delivery or were unavailable at the delivery address

  • If the address provided was incorrect or incomplete

  • If you failed to contact us within the stated time frame


Replacements

In certain cases where a refund is not granted, we may offer a replacement product at our discretion.
