At Mightons Organic, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality sea moss. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
We will issue a refund only if:

The product arrives damaged – e.g., broken seals, leakage, or visible spoilage upon delivery.

The order is held in transit for over 48 hours after dispatch, resulting in spoilage or unusable condition.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

Provide clear photos showing the damaged product and packaging

Include your order number and delivery tracking information
We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

If the product was delivered on time and in good condition

Replacements
