THE INSPECTION: A 5-Star Achievement!
When an environmental health officer inspects a food preparation premises, they assess everything—from the cleanliness of the kitchen to the preparation, storage, and shipping processes (in our case, for sea moss), along with staff hygiene and more.
We are thrilled to share that during our recent inspection, the officer was highly impressed with our operation. We guided them through our methods for cleaning, soaking, blending, storing, and shipping sea moss. Their feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and while they provided a few pointers for improvement (which we will be implementing), they were so pleased with our efforts that they awarded us a perfect 5-star rating!
This milestone feels surreal. It’s a testament to how far we’ve come in our journey. Most importantly, it reinforces the trust our customers place in us. We can now confidently assure you that when you shop with us, you’re buying sea moss from a 5-rated sea moss kitchen—THE LAB.
